New Class: Outdoors Summer Wake Up Yoga

Saturdays, 10am – 11am
Make a great start to your weekend as we wake up together to stretch out our bodies and relax in the beautiful surroundings of Cat Haugh field in Dalkeith Country Park. During our Summer Wake Up Yoga class you will work through your whole body; gently stretching it, building strength, finding balance. This energising class will set you up for your day perfectly as we slowly engage with our body and mind.

Suitable for beginners and experienced yogi’s. Don’t worry if you’re not flexible! Just bring yourself, some water and you’re set to go!

Socially distant but please bring your own mat to reduce the risk of spreading COVID 19. No need to wear a mask. Class at Cat Haugh. Parking available opposite field.

Small group sizes to allow for social distancing.

 

Cost & Booking

This Summer Wake Up Yoga class is £10 drop in or £36 for 4 classes. Choose a single class or discounted block of four.

Additional Information

This Summer Wake Up Yoga class takes place in Cat Haugh field (see map below). You can park your car just over The Laundry House bridge, which is straight on from The Orangerie. There is a small parking area on your right, straight over the T-junction on the far-side of the bridge. There will be a bell tent/gazebo set up in the field for your belongings. PLEASE NOTE – should the weather not be suitable for the class to take place we will contact you 24 hours prior.

In order to take part in any Fitness classes you will be required to complete a Physical Activity Readiness Questionnaire (PAR-Q) which you will be sent by email prior to the class.

Everyone takes part at their own risk and although following the strict H&S standards and rules minimises these risks, they cannot be completely eliminated.

 

CORONAVIRUS RULES, REGULATIONS & GUIDANCE

Please do not attend classes on site if you, or someone you live with, has within the last 14 days had:
• a high temperature
• a new, continuous cough
• a loss of, or change to, your sense of smell or taste
• any cold/flu like symptoms
• felt unwell
• recently travelled outside of Scotland (including UK countries)
It is extremely important that we all remain diligent in protecting the spread of the virus, particularly for vulnerable populations.
