Yoga for Everyone Tuesday
Take some time out from your busy week to stretch out your body and relax. During the class you will work through your whole body; gently stretching it, building strength, finding balance. As you slowly engage with your body your mind will still itself. Gradually you will find your energy levels have been replenished; and you are ready to carry on with the rest of your week. Suitable for beginners and experienced yogi’s. Don’t worry if you’re not flexible! Just bring yourself, some water and you’re set to go! Class is 7.15pm - 8.30pm

BY CAR
Restoration Yard is located in Dalkeith Country Park. You can easily get to the park from the Edinburgh city bypass. Take the exit for Dalkeith from the Sheriffhall Roundabout on to Old Dalkeith Road. Turn left shortly after this into King’s Gate. You’ll drive through a long stretch of woodland before coming to some signs to Restoration Yard. The postcode is EH22 1ST.
ON FOOT
The best entrance if you’re walking is Town Gate (postcode EH22 2NA). Restoration Yard is a five minute walk from Dalkeith High Street through the stunning Dalkeith Country Park and past Dalkeith Palace.
BY BIKE
We recommend using the Town Gate entrance (postcode EH22 2NA). Bike racks are available by the entrance to Restoration Yard.
BY BUS
If you’re coming from Edinburgh city centre, take Lothian Buses 3, X33, 49 from Edinburgh to Dalkeith. Jump off on Dalkeith High Street (outside Morrisons for the No.3, Glebe St or Old Edinburgh Road for the No. X33 , Bridgend Court or Jarnac Court for the No.49). The walk is then 5-10 minutes up the High Street to the park. Services are fast and frequent. From Portobello or Musselburgh, catch the number 140 East Coast bus. From Bonnyrigg take the 49 bus. Both take you to the Corn Exchange Bus Stop on Dalkeith High Street and you can walk from here.
