Pigeon Pose – Eka Pada Rajakapotasana
In this video, we work in to Pigeon Pose (Eka Pada Rajakapotasana). This is a wonderful hip opening pose working in to the hips, back and the thighs. Calming on the mind as you can breathe deeper in to it! A great yoga pose if you’ve been sat down for a long period of time.
